Meet Potter’s Craft Cider’s Cider Makers

Tim Edmond and Dan Potter met at Princeton and share a love for craft beer, and now craft cider. After a few years in the corporate grind, Dan and Tim quit their jobs to pursue their passion for fermentation.


PCC was the fourth cidery in the state of Virginia, and is currently available on draft and in bottles at over 100 locations in Central Virginia. Potter’s Craft Cider hopes to revive the craft of artisan cider making using locally sourced apples and traditional production methods.

Ciders Available

Farmhouse Dry is crisp, tart, and exceptionally dry. Oak Barrel Reserve has bright fruit flavors, which give way to butterscotch and toffee with complex tannins in the finish.
